- 10-year no-leak warranty for all complete roof installations
- 1-year no-leak warranty on repairs
We use upgraded materials
- synthetic underlayment (rather than felt paper) with UV coating is installed below shingles on roof decking to prevent rot, buckle or crack
- we use actual starter shingles (rather than 3-tab shingles that are flipped upside down) to help prevent damage from high winds
- we install storm collars around plumbing vents to prevent leaks and give added life to plumbing boots
- we use baffled rigid ridge vents (rather than mesh) to prevent water and animals from entering your attic

- Protect grounds, with tarps around home
- Complete the work
- Thoroughly clean grounds
- Remove dumpster and do magnetic nail sweep

ABOUT US
Owner, Todd Hendryx is a licensed & insured contractor whose added experience in sales and marketing sparked his desire to improve the service model so often seen in the home improvement industry. Dogwood Roofing originated from his motivation to improve the customer experience.
He started roofing with his Dad at the age of 12 and has installed roofs for over 30 years. Todd is actively engaged in the business and will personally perform the final inspection before you ever see an invoice. He is a deadline oriented, seasoned professional, who is always punctual and has a great sense of humor!
